Step 1: Create a New Form Template
📝 To digitise your forms and add them to your FaultFixers account:
Navigate to “Forms” > “Template Manager”.
Click on “Create Template” to generate a new form template for use across PPMs.
💡 Tip: Give your form a name, like “Monthly Fire Extinguisher Check”, and add a description for context.
Step 2: How to Customise Forms
🔧 To create the body of the form, follow these steps:
Click the “Add Field” button.
Choose from options like:
Section: Group related fields together.
Text: Allow users to type in words or sentences.
Checkbox: Create a simple option with a checkbox.
Date: Make it a mandatory field for dates.
Time: Specify time only.
Date & Time: Combine date and time.
Dropdown: Add choices for users to select.
Photos: Include photos in the form (optional).
Signature: Allow users to add their signature.
Help text: Provide guidance or background content.
💬 Tip: Reorder fields using the "Move up" and "Move down" buttons.
Step 3: Previewing the Form
👀 To see how the form will look:
Go to FaultFixers Web.
Click on 'Forms' > 'Start Form' in the left-hand menu.
⚠️ Important: Save your changes by scrolling down and selecting "Save".
