Here's a step-by-step guide to export the Reactive Ticket List from FaultFixers Web:
Navigate to the 'Reactive Tickets' section in the left-hand side menu of FaultFixers Web.
Choose your desired date range or set up personalized quick filters to refine the list.
Right-click anywhere on the ticket list to bring up a context menu.
From the context menu, select the 'CSV Export' option.
FaultFixers Web will generate a CSV file containing all the information from the reactive ticket list based on your selected criteria.
Download the CSV file to your device for further analysis or reporting purposes.
Exporting Job Details:
Follow these steps to export job details from FaultFixers Web:
Within a specific Reactive Ticket or a PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) Occurrence, locate the icon indicating the option to export job details.
Click on this icon to initiate the export process.
FaultFixers Web will gather all relevant job details and compile them into a downloadable format.
