Audience: FaultFixers Admins, Managers, Operatives. How to manage your notifications on FaultFixers Web and on the Teams App.

There are different ways in which you can stay up to date with FaultFixers notifications.

You can receive notifications to your email and/or your mobile. You can also quickly see updates through the notification system embedded within FaultFixers Web. This appears on the bell icon on the top right at FaultFixers Web, next to your Profile Icon.


How can I modify the notifications within FaultFixers Teams Web?

Notifications can be adjusted by going to your Profile through FaultFixers Web > My Account. If you do not wish to see specific notifications, you can mute them by choosing from the list and selecting "Off".

Have a look at the steps below to have another look at how you can modify your profile details and adjust your notifications.

Don't forget to click "Save" at the bottom to save your changes.


How can I modify the notifications within FaultFixers Teams App?

Notifications on the App can be adjusted by going to the settings page.

First ensure you have allowed notification permissions all enabled, you can find this by clicking "Notification Permission" under settings.

You can then modify your notifications by clicking the "Notification Settings".

Through this view, you can choose to receive all of the information that's specifically relevant to you. You can enable or mute your notifications by enabling or disabling the toggle on the right hand side.
