You do not need to be paid team member to report issues in FaultFixers. Tenants, staff, or the public can easily report maintenance issues using the FaultFixers Reporter app or a web-based reporting link.

Step 1: Scan a QR Code or Enter Text Code
π’ Every Building & Location on FaultFixers will have a text code as well as a scannable QR code. If you're using the reporter app you may prefer to scan the QR code and if you're reporting via web the text code will be easier for you.
Please reach out to your account admin for the QR/text codes
β¨οΈ Text-Based Code Entry: This method is best suited for browser reporting, manually enter the unique code associated with a building. You can find the QR details on the FaultFixers Dashboard, under the Buildings tab.
After you've reported your first fault, you'll be able to select the building without the need for scanning the QR code or entering the code manually.
Step 2: Follow the Wizard π§ββοΈ
π πΈ Select Location, issue type & take a photo of the issue
βΉοΈ π½οΈ Provide additional information/ media
Step 3: Review & Submit
β Before submitting your report, review the information for accuracy.
Once satisfied, click 'Submit'.
π Once your report is submitted, the ticket is instantly sent to the designated maintenance team.
Report via the Blue mobile App
Step 1: Scan a QR Code, Enter Text Code or Select Recent Location
Step 2: Specify Location (if not done already)
Step 3: Select Category (If enabled)
Step 4: Add Photo, Description, Media
Step 5: Enter Your Contact Info or Select Existing Reporter
-Select Whether You Would Like to Receive Updates
Final Step: Review and Submit
Congratulations! You Have Reported a Job!
