Step 1: Access FaultFixers Web
π Open your web browser and go to http://report.faultfixers.com/. This is the web address for FaultFixers Web, where you can access all of its features.
Step 2: Enter Text Code
π’ Every Building & Location on FaultFixers will have a Text Code as well as a scannable QR tag.
Select "Enter A Text Code" and copy in the relevant Building/ Location code
Please reach out to your account admin for the QR/text codes
β¨οΈ Text-Based Code Entry: This method is best suited for browser reporting, manually enter the unique code associated with a building. You can find the QR details on the FaultFixers Dashboard, under the Buildings tab.
After you've reported your first fault, you'll be able to select the building without the need for scanning the QR code or entering the code manually.
Step 3: Reporting
π Select issue type (Category)
Pick from the enabled categories to help the team assign the correct maintenance staff.
If you are unsure you can select "Other" at the bottom of the list
Step 4: Provide Additional Information
βΉοΈ Once you've specified the location and issue type, provide additional details related to the reported issue. This includes a brief description, relevant images & videos, and any extra information that can help address the issue effectively.
Step 5: Provide contact details
π₯Έ Enter your Name, Email and Phone number or select from recent reporters on the device.
π Select whether you want to be notified with updates.
This will also allow you to see comments added to your Tickets by the maintenance team.
Step 6: Review & Submit
β Before finalising your report, review the information for accuracy.
Once satisfied, click 'Submit'.
π Once your report is submitted, the ticket is instantly sent to the designated maintenance team.
