The FaultFixers Teams App can be used to manage the administrative side of FaultFixers, including accessing, managing, and reviewing forms, and maintenance tasks.

All operatives will have access to "My Jobs", depending on access levels you may also see "All Jobs", "Property" and "Other" which covers Tagging as well as viewing and creating Forms.

Anyone using the mobile reporter app can report a fault, for free. No login required.

The FaultFixers mobile reporter app is designed so anyone can simply scan a QR code or enter a text code and report a fault without logging in. This means you can provide the ability to report faults to your entire staff base or members of the public free of charge.
