To support users who are having trouble activating their accounts, follow the next steps:
Ask them to check their spam folder. Sometimes the email has ended up there,
If they still don't see it, head over to 'Team' on the FaultFixers Web's left-hand side menu.
Navigate to the user who is having issues with the invite.
Click on 'Having trouble with the invitation?'
