Welcome to FaultFixers!

Download the step-by-step Account Setup guide below to get up and running in no time!ย Let's start with the basics: what exactly is FaultFixers? FaultFixers is a maintenance management software designed to automate and digitise tasks. The goal is to bring long-overdue automation to maintenance teams everywhere.

How to use FaultFixers

1. FaultFixers Teams Web

The FaultFixers desktop portal is used to manage the administrative side of FaultFixers, which includes Buildings, Reactive Tickets, PPMs, Form Templates, Team Rights, etc.

FaultFixers Web is for the back office (Admins), and for the management team (Managers) who might need to report against Forms.

FaultFixers Teams Web includes a How-to-Wiz to guide you through the setup. Follow the steps to get your account all sorted. You can find this by going to "Help" at the bottom of the left-hand side menu.

2. FaultFixers Teams App

The FaultFixers Teams App is designed for on-the-go use and is most commonly used by maintenance teams, also known as Operatives, to resolve reported issues. They mainly rely on the My Jobs section in the app, where they can see all the tasks assigned to them, including Reactive Tickets and PPMs.

The Teams App can be downloaded for Android or Apple.

3. FaultFixers Reporter App

Even team members not set up in FaultFixers can report issues without the need to log in or register. Reporters have limited permissions, so they can only access the FaultFixersย Reporter Appย and track the progress of an issue they have reported against.
