To make the most of FaultFixers if you have a Maintenance role:
Download the FaultFixers Teams App.
Check out the Teams App Guide.
We recommend you use the My Jobs section of the Teams App, which will have any ongoing or upcoming Jobs assigned to your user profile.
Through the Teams App, you can:
Complete Tickets (mark issues as closed). These Jobs often appear in the 'Unscheduled' tab at the top of the My Jobs list.
Raise new Tickets yourself if needed. You can create a new Ticket by going to Tickets > and selecting the '+' icon that appears on the bottom right of the screen.
Complete recurrent tasks (PPM - planned preventative maintenance).
