The FaultFixers Teams App can be used to manage the administrative side of FaultFixers, including accessing, managing, and reviewing forms, and maintenance tasks.

Operatives will mainly use the <b>My Jobs</b> section of the Teams App. All their assigned Reactive Tickets and PPMs are gathered here. They will be able to respond and resolve all their maintenance tasks from My Jobs.
