There are several ways to download information from FaultFixers Web.
Exporting the Reactive Ticket List
Exporting Tickets with FaultFixers is a piece of cake:
Head over to 'Reactive Tickets' from the FaultFixers Web left-hand side menu.
Either leave the view as is or set up your personalised view.
Right-click anywhere on the list.
Click on 'Export'.
You're set!
Exporting Job details
You can export Job details by clicking on 'Other actions' and selecting either PDF or Excel Download within a Reactive Ticket or a PPM Occurrence, as shown here:
