There are several ways to download information from FaultFixers Web.
Exporting the Reactive Ticket List
Exporting Tickets with FaultFixers is a piece of cake:
Head over to 'Reactive Tickets' from the FaultFixers Web left-hand side menu.
Select your date range, or set up your personalised quick filters.
Right-click anywhere on the list.
Click on 'CSV Export'.
You're set!
Exporting Job details
You can export Job details by clicking on the icon within a Reactive Ticket or a PPM Occurrence, as shown here:
