Navigation to find tickets has just become a lot easier!
To improve usability and performance, we have separated the report views for:
My Jobs
Reactive Tickets
PPM Tasks
PPM Occurrences
The Jobs list view now is split into: "Open" which includes New and In Progress and "Closed". You can also filter further by selecting "Overdue" and "Upcoming" from the filters.
