Floor plans give you a visual way to map and navigate your facilities. Add multiple plans for different floors, buildings or areas, then plot locations and assets using rectangular overlays or custom-drawn shapes to reflect your site. Floor plans are also integrated into workflows and reactive jobs, giving operatives visual guidance to where work needs to be completed and helping them navigate through each area as they progress.

We’ve improved time tracking to make it quicker in faultfixers to record time spent on maintenance work, particularly on mobile easier. Operatives can switch the timer on while carrying out a task and log total time spent on a job through a cleaner, more intuitive experience while they’re on the go.

You can now share job details directly through WhatsApp, making it quicker to send work to contractors, team members or other contacts. Choose what information to include, generate a shareable job link and send it straight through WhatsApp, where the recipient can open it in FaultFixers.

We’ve brought our existing BI reporting into one place, giving you a clearer view of maintenance performance across your organisation. Build reports around the metrics that matter to you, filtering by buildings, team members and using custom date ranges to compare performance and spot trends. Track key metrics including completion rates, reactive and PPM activity, overdue jobs, expenses and more.

The improved Job Timeline brings status changes, expenses and time spent together in one visual overview. View expenses with editable dates and track work durations to easily see when work was carried out and how long it took.

You can now filter buildings, locations and assets more easily as they’re split by their status across FaultFixers. This makes it easier to hide older or inactive facilities from view, reduce clutter and focus on what you currently manage.

Create and manage budgets by setting amounts, date ranges, buildings, expense types and Capex or Opex classifications. Track spending against each budget automatically, with expenses calculated based on their status, including submitted, approved and paid. Receive notifications when budget thresholds are exceeded, helping you manage spending more effectively.

You can now duplicate inputs within workflows, making it quicker and easier to build workflows with similar requirements. Reduce repetitive setup, save time and maintain consistency across your workflow inputs.

Your pinned views on tables now display live KPI counts for key job metrics, including overdue, high-priority, upcoming and closed jobs. Click on any pinned KPI to instantly filter your jobs, making it easier to track performance.

You can now add rooms and assets directly within the Floor Plan Editor without having to leave the mapping view. Easily create missing rooms or assets as you map your facilities, making it quicker to set up and maintain accurate floor plans without interrupting your workflow.
