Flexible task priorities📌
You can now switch between High/Med/Low and P1-P5 to match your team’s prioritisation process. The P1-P5 scheme offers five levels, giving you more flexibility when organising tasks. When switching to P1-P5, existing priorities automatically map from Low to P1, Med to P3, and High to P5. Tasks without a priority remain unset until one is assigned.
2. Contextualise priorities 💭
You can now add short, optional hints to each priority to help reporters choose the right level of urgency. Use text such as “Done within 2 hours” or “Usually completed the same day” to explain priorities and set expectations based on your organisation’s processes. You can customise the text for each level, or leave it blank if no guidance is needed.
3. Automatic hyperlinks in job fields 🔗
URLs entered into job fields, including the title and description, now automatically become clickable links, making it easier to access supporting information directly from a job. For example, simply enter a Google Maps link to pinpoint an asset’s location or a SharePoint link to open a floor plan.
4. Workflow Progress Visibility 🛠️
On mobile, viewing a room now shows all jobs assigned to it and relevant workflows within wider PPMs that cover multiple rooms. This makes it easier to find the work that needs completing in your cur rent location. Scan a room’s QR code to view relevant work and its progress, then jump straight into that room’s bedroom check within a facility-wide PPM.
