1. AI Category Suggestions

Selecting the right category when logging a reactive job is now quicker and more intuitive.

When creating a job, using the job summary of reported reactive tickets we'll suggest the most relevant categories. This feature is particularly useful for reporters who may not be familiar with all the category options available, allowing them to log jobs more accurately and efficiently.

2. More Control Over PPM Scheduling

We’ve introduced enhanced scheduling options for recurring PPM tasks, giving you greater flexibility and control.

You can now:

  • Skip specific days based on your working schedule (e.g. weekends)

  • Automatically move tasks forward or backward when they clash

  • Align schedules with month-end dates

  • Preview upcoming occurrences before tasks are created

These improvements ensure your PPM schedules better reflect your flow of operations and reduce the need for manual adjustments.

3. Easy Tag Sharing Across Mobile & Web

Sharing tags is now more flexible and accessible across both mobile and web.

Each tag includes a QR code and share options, allowing you to:

  • Print and display tags on-site

  • Copy and distribute links

  • Share via email, SMS, or WhatsApp

This makes it easier for reporters to access the correct reporting channel for a building, improving adoption and ease of use.

4. Share Only What Matters

Job sharing has been improved to give you more control over the information you send.

When sharing a job, you can now select exactly which details to include such as forms, comments, costs, time spent, and more. This allows you to tailor the information based on the recipient, ensuring they only see what’s relevant to them.

5. Pane View Across the Platform

Pane view has now been rolled out across multiple areas of FaultFixers, providing a more consistent and efficient way to navigate the platform.

You can now access pane view in:

  • Calendar

  • PPM Tasks (within the PPM Matrix)

  • Facilities

  • Team

  • Vendors

  • Expenses

  • Time Spent

This allows you to view and manage details without leaving your current screen, helping you work faster and maintain context across different areas of the system.
