🚀 August 2026 Product Updates

1. Workflows ⚡

Workflows are a new way to standardise how maintenance work is completed in FaultFixers, turning forms and checks into a guided, end-to-end process.

Instead of operatives having to manually find and attach the right form, a Workflow becomes part of the job itself. You can create a template for any check, inspection or maintenance process, with the required questions and steps built directly into how the job is completed.

From PPM and inspections to reactive maintenance, Workflows help ensure every step is completed consistently, accurately and in the right order, while giving managers greater visibility and control over the process.

Workflows are being rolled out on request. Get in touch with us if you'd like them enabled for your account.

2. @tagging in ticket comments 🎉

You can now @tag team members directly in the comments section of any ticket, making it easier to bring the right people into the conversation and get their attention when needed. Just type @ in the comment box, select the person you want to mention, and send your comment👇

3. AI-suggested remedial jobs ✨

Scale accounts can now have AI analyse any document associated with a ticket to identify potential remedial jobs which will help turn checklists into actionable work faster. Review the suggested jobs, approve or reject the ones you need/don’t need, edit any details, or dismiss irrelevant remedial job suggestions before creating them.

4. Region field for buildings 📍

You can now add a Region to each building, giving you another way to organise and identify property groups across your portfolio. The Region field can be added or updated directly from building details, making it easier to group property groups by areas.

5. Notes and files for locations 📝

You can now add additional notes and files to individual locations, giving your team a place to record useful location-specific information. Use it for instructions, access details, things to look out for, or other helpful context that your team may need when working at that location.
