πŸš€ May 2026 Product Updates

1. New Completed & Cancelled Job Statuses

Closed jobs can now be marked as either Completed or Cancelled, giving teams a more accurate way to manage and report on closed work.

Previously, jobs that no longer needed to be carried out either had to be marked as completed or deleted entirely. With the new Cancelled status, you can now clearly separate completed work from jobs that were closed without action, helping maintain cleaner reporting and more accurate completion statistics.

2. Mark jobs as On Hold

Jobs can now be moved to an On Hold status with a required reason before the update can be saved.

The hold reason will also appear as a dedicated column within the table view, giving your team immediate visibility into why a job has been paused without needing to open the task itself. This makes it easier to track delays, improve communication across teams, and maintain visibility over outstanding work.

3. Priority-Based Automation Rules

Automation rules can now be triggered based on job priority, allowing you to build smarter and more responsive workflows.

You can create conditions using Low, Medium, or High priority levels to automatically assign actions, streamline processes, and ensure urgent jobs receive attention faster.

You can also automatically update a job’s priority through automation rules based on specific conditions or categories. For example, jobs created under a critical category such as alarms can instantly be assigned a High priority level, helping teams respond more efficiently.

4. Refreshed Job Details View

We’ve redesigned the Job Details view to create a cleaner and more structured experience when managing jobs.

Information is now grouped into dedicated sections such as General, Assignment, Schedule, and Classification, making it easier to scan and quickly locate important details. The refreshed layout improves readability and helps teams navigate job information more efficiently across the platform.
