1. Enhanced Asset Management

Existing Asset Management capabilities have been expanded with more detailed asset fields, enhanced warranty tracking, improved lifecycle management, and richer depreciation reporting. These enhancements will provide a deeper insight into asset performance, value, and lifecycle status, helping you maintain accurate records and make better-informed maintenance and replacement decisions.

2. Job Owners & Vendors

Jobs can now be created with an assigned Owner and associated Vendors. This helps you establish clear responsibility for delivery while ensuring all supporting parties remain connected to the job throughout its lifecycle.

3. View Jobs & PPM Tasks by Location

The Teams mobile app provides a location-based view of Jobs and PPM Tasks, allowing you to monitor activity across your facility while on the go. Recently opened and closed jobs are displayed by location, providing a quick overview of work being carried out in each area and helping users stay informed about activity throughout the facility.

4. Create Custom Asset Types

You can now create custom asset types to align with the equipment and assets managed by your organisation. They are supported by dedicated icons, custom fields, and mandatory data requirements, helping ensure correct information is captured whenever an asset is added to the register.

5. Improved Media Gallery

The updated media gallery now supports media filtering where you can add labels to photos and documents.

6. Assign Jobs on the Go

Keep work moving wherever you are. The mobile app now allows users to assign jobs directly to team members, making it easier to allocate work, improve response times, and keep everyone aligned while away from the desk.
