The FaultFixers Reporter App can be used by anyone to raise issues, without the need to log in or register.
To report issues, simply follow the steps below:
From a mobile device
1. Download the FaultFixers Reporter App:
2. Enable permissions:
3. Scan the Building or Location QR Code, or enter a text code.
4. Follow the steps that appear on the screen to report an issue.
From a browser
From (chrome, edge, safari) go to reporter.faultfixers.com and follow the same steps as above.
Once you report it, your ticket is immediately sent to the correct maintenance team and you can track all your raised tickets in 'My Tickets' straight in the app.
