You can now classify PPM tasks as Statutory or Non-Statutory when creating them. This makes it easier to distinguish compliance-related maintenance from routine planned work. Non-Statutory covers regular planned maintenance, while Statutory identifies legally required work where non-compliance could result in penalties. Statutory tasks must also have a compliance rating before they can be closed.

You can also view all obligations in the PPM schedule and sort/filter columns according to the one you want to check.

Labels can now be added when creating a PPM task. Categorise work as Internal or External, or flag additional requirements such as permits and certifications, making tasks easier to sort and manage from the outset.

New Internal/External and Statutory/Non-Statutory views also make it easier to sort and access the relevant tasks.

The Job Details page now has a clearer layout, with each tab positioned directly beneath the job title. This improves the page hierarchy and brings the navigation in line with the Pane View experience.

Receive email notifications when an asset’s warranty is approaching expiry, its depreciation period is coming to an end, or it reaches the end of its useful economic life. This gives teams time to review, renew or replace assets before key dates are missed. Examples as below:

You can select which notifications you would like in the notification centre in account settings.

You can now add a custom privacy notice to the Reporter App, shown before someone reports a task. Use it to provide clear guidance on what information should or shouldn’t be included, helping prevent personal or sensitive details from being submitted.
