How to Archive a PPM in FaultFixers
Archiving a PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) task in FaultFixers is straightforward.
Follow these steps to archive a PPM:
Open the PPM Page:
Navigate to the "PPM Schedule" section from the left-hand menu on your FaultFixers dashboard.
Select the PPM Task:
Click on the specific PPM Schedule you want to archive from the list.
Archive the PPM Schedule:
In the 'Other actions' menu in the top right of the page Select 'Archive Entire PPM'
Confirm Archiving:
A message will appear, detailing the actions that will be taken upon archiving:
Retaining all of the PPM’s completed tasks.
Preventing further editing of the PPM’s repeating tasks.
Deleting any future tasks that have not been closed.
Moving the PPM itself into the "Archived" tab.
Type 'ARCHIVE' into the confirmation box and click "Archive" to confirm and proceed with archiving.
Check the Archived Tab:
After archiving, the PPM Schedule will be moved to the "Archived" tab on the PPMs page, where you can review it if necessary.
By following these steps, you will successfully archive a PPM Schedule in FaultFixers, ensuring that it is no longer active while keeping a record of its completed tasks.
