How to Archive a PPM in FaultFixers
Archiving a PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) task in FaultFixers is straightforward.
Follow these steps to archive a PPM:
Open the PPM Page:
Navigate to the "PPM Tasks" section from the left-hand menu on your FaultFixers dashboard.
Select the PPM Task:
Click on the specific PPM task you want to archive from the list of tasks.
Edit the PPM Task:
Once the task details are open, click the "Edit" button.
Archive the PPM Task:
In the edit mode, click the "Archive" button located at the bottom right of the screen.
Confirm Archiving:
A message will appear, detailing the actions that will be taken upon archiving:
Retaining all of the PPM’s completed tasks.
Preventing further editing of the PPM’s repeating tasks.
Deleting any future tasks that have not been closed.
Moving the PPM itself into the "Archived" tab.
Click "OK" to confirm and proceed with archiving.
Check the Archived Tab:
After archiving, the PPM task will be moved to the "Archived" tab on the PPMs page, where you can review it if necessary.
By following these steps, you will successfully archive a PPM task in FaultFixers, ensuring that it is no longer active while keeping a record of its completed tasks.
