Step 1: Log into FaultFixers
Open your web browser and go to the FaultFixers login page.
Enter your username and password.
Click "Log In".
Step 2: Navigate to the Jobs Page
Once logged in, go to the sidebar on the left.
Click on the "Reactive Tickets" tab. This will open the jobs management page where you can view all open, in-progress, and completed jobs.
Step 3: Assign the Job
Find the job you want to assign from the list of jobs.
Click on the job to open the job details.
In the job details page, look for the "Assigned to" field. This is found on the right-hand side or within the job information section.
Click on the pen icon next to the "Assigned to" field, which will open a dropdown list of all available team members.
Select the team member you want to assign the job to from the dropdown list.
Once selected, click "Save" or "Update" to confirm the assignment.
Step 4: Notify the Assignee
FaultFixers will automatically notify the assignee via email or app notification, depending on their notification settings.
By following these steps, you can ensure that jobs are assigned promptly and efficiently, helping your team stay organised and productive.
