Everything can become easier with a little bit of automation. In order to automatically assign Reactive Tickets or PPMs generated to your team, head over to:
FaultFixers Web > Organisation > Auto Assignment.
From there, you can click on 'Add Rule'. A simple rule would be:
'WHEN' and chose your preference, for example, 'Building' is 'the building of your choice', 'ASSIGN TO' and choose the user (or users) that you want the tickets to go to. With the example below, Johnny Rose will automatically become the owner of all Jobs generated in the White Building.
You can also filter further and add another condition to the rule, for example, assign only to a specific user when Jobs are taking place in a specific Building and the ticket also belongs to specific categories, as shown below.
Remember to Save your rule by clicking on the 'Save Icon'.
