There are two ways to modify your FaultFixers password if you have forgotten it or want to update it.
Reset your password in FaultFixers Web
In order to reset your password via FaultFixers Web, use the password reset option on the FaultFixers Web login page.
Reset your password in the FaultFixers Teams App
In order to reset your password via FaultFixers Teams Mobile App, use the password reset option at the login screen, or within the App if you are already logged in and want to update your password - go to Settings > My Account > Update Password:
If you don't see the 'reset your password' in your Inbox, make sure to check your spam folder as well as 'All Folders' if you're using Gmail.
Alternatively, you can type 'FaultFixers' on the email search bar and the email should come up.
