šŸ›  Step-by-Step Guide to Using the Scheduler:

  1. Select a User:

    • When opening the scheduler for the first time, the view will default to your own schedule.

    • To assign or view tasks for someone else, click the second button at the top of the screen, and select the user whose schedule you want to manage.

  2. Assign Tickets:

    • Unassigned tickets will appear on the right-hand side of the screen.

    • To assign a ticket, simply drag the ticket into a time slot on the selected userā€™s calendar.

    • You can easily drag and drop tickets to rearrange them or reassign them as needed.

  3. Un-assigning a Ticket:

    • If you need to un-assign a ticket, click on the ticket within the calendar, then select ā€˜Un-Assignā€™ at the bottom of the pop-up.

  4. Save Your Changes:

    • Important: Your schedule updates are not automatically saved! Once you're satisfied with the schedule, make sure to click "Save Changes" to confirm your updates.

šŸ’” Tips & Tricks for Optimising Your Schedule:

  • Colour Coding: Easily visualise the priority of tasks by using colour codes. Click ā€˜Colour Codingā€™ at the top of the screen to enable this feature.

  • Map Overview: At the bottom of the screen, youā€™ll see a map showing the locations where an engineer is scheduled to go. Use this to plan routes and optimise schedules.
