š Step-by-Step Guide to Using the Scheduler:
Select a User:
When opening the scheduler for the first time, the view will default to your own schedule.
To assign or view tasks for someone else, click the second button at the top of the screen, and select the user whose schedule you want to manage.
Assign Tickets:
Unassigned tickets will appear on the right-hand side of the screen.
To assign a ticket, simply drag the ticket into a time slot on the selected userās calendar.
You can easily drag and drop tickets to rearrange them or reassign them as needed.
Un-assigning a Ticket:
If you need to un-assign a ticket, click on the ticket within the calendar, then select āUn-Assignā at the bottom of the pop-up.
Save Your Changes:
Important: Your schedule updates are not automatically saved! Once you're satisfied with the schedule, make sure to click "Save Changes" to confirm your updates.
š” Tips & Tricks for Optimising Your Schedule:
Colour Coding: Easily visualise the priority of tasks by using colour codes. Click āColour Codingā at the top of the screen to enable this feature.
Map Overview: At the bottom of the screen, youāll see a map showing the locations where an engineer is scheduled to go. Use this to plan routes and optimise schedules.
